Mujhe kaafi time se lower back pain, back stiffness, neck stiffness, upper traps aur shoulders mein pain tha. Daily activities aur office work bhi affect ho raha tha. Yahan treatment shuru karne ke baad kaafi improvement dekhne ko mila. Physiotherapists ne pehle proper assessment kiya aur meri condition ke hisaab se personalized treatment plan banaya. Mere treatment mein cupping therapy, dry needling aur acupressure bhi include tha, jisse pain aur muscle stiffness mein bahut relief mila. Saath hi exercises aur manual therapy ne recovery ko aur bhi fast kiya. Ab pain aur stiffness kaafi had tak theek ho chuke hain aur movement bhi pehle se bahut better hai.
